Staff and volunteers will have access to 1,500 courses that provide practical skills that are in demand in today's global knowledge-based economy. easyLearning saves time and money and also has the potential to enhance the organisation's effectiveness in carrying out its mission. Organisations whose mission includes workforce development, job skills training, worker retraining, youth empowerment, and the like may make courses available to the intended beneficiaries of their programs.

The courses are presented in interactive Shockwave or Flash format and are taken online in a web browser. They are self-paced, and students can learn at their own convenience, using any PC connected to the Internet. Many courses address recent versions of technology systems and software, and some are designed to prepare students to take standard industry certification exams.
